Shipping and Returns
MOTHER'S DAY orders should be placed before 27th April for WA regional and QLD, NSW, VIC, NT, SA deliveries.
For WA metro delivery, place orders by 6th May and a local courier will be used.
I utilise various shipping couriers to ensure the fastest method possible and will do my very best to get your Mother's Day orders delivered in time. Please note that some delays are beyond my control.
Please note that there may be some delays to the shipping times stated below due to the high volume that couriers are currently experiencing.
Deliveries will now be contactless to protect the courier drivers and my customers. Your orders will be left in a safe place.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING OPTIONS
1. I offer FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for orders totalling $50 or more.
2. I offer a flat rate of $10 Australia wide for orders under $50
3. FREE local Perth pick up is also available from Heathridge (Joondalup area), WA. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection (please allow 1-2 business days for packing) along with the collection address.
Your order will be packed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery in metro areas and up to 10 days in regional areas in Australia.

I do offer International shipping, however please email me directly here for a quote on shipping to your location. International shipping cannot be processed through this website at this time.
All pieces are wrapped and packed in environmentally friendly protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare occurrence that an item arrives broken, please email me here within 48 hours of receipt of the goods with photos of the piece and the packaging. Breakages occurring in transport will be replaced free of charge. (note: a credit note may be provided for items which are no longer produced).
Exchanges or credit notes can be provided for change of mind reasons up to 7 days from date of delivery. After this period returns will not be accepted. Return postage will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer.
Returns will not be accepted on sale items.
Please note that all handmade items are bespoke and individual and will have slight variations. This is not a fault but is the beauty of handmade. However, if you believe your item to be faulty, please email me within 48 hours of receipt of the goods with photos.
