Shipping 

 

How long will my order take? 

 

Your order will be shipped within two business days. Regular shipping times are 1-2 business days within Perth and up to 7 business days within capital cities around Australia. Please email me to enquire about International shipping.
 

How much is shipping? 

I take great care in ensuring your items are delivered in one piece and therefore have a flat rate of $10.00 for any orders up to $49.99 delivered within Australia. I do offer free shipping for orders totalling $50 or more within Australia. Please email me for a quote on International shipping.

Insurance and tracking can also be purchased for an additional fee.

 

Returns 

 

Do you accept returns? 

Exchanges or credit notes can be provided for change of mind reasons up to 14 days from date of delivery. After this period returns will not be accepted. Return postage will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer.

Returns will not be accepted on sale items.

If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact me via the Contact page within 14 days or receipt.

 

My item doesn’t look like the photo! 

All of my work is handmade and therefore not one piece is identical to the other. This is the beauty of handmade! Each piece is unique with its own characteristics. If you would like to see a photo of your exact piece before purchase please get in contact with me. 

 

 Wholesale and Collaborations

 

Do you sell wholesale? 

Yes, wholesale is available to selected retailers. Please get in contact with me via the Contact page to discuss further. 

 

Do you do collabs? 

I take part in a limited number of collaborations per year. If you have an idea in mind please contact me via the Contact page to discuss further. 

 

Do you do made to order items? 

Please contact me with your request for consideration. Please note that the handmade process of ceramics can take a few weeks. I can provide ETA’s on a case-by-case basis
